Change is upon us. As we begin to see the turning of the leaves, the change in temps, and everything that welcomes this upcoming season it will usher in some amazing new things for God's people. Fall will represent the beauty of letting go to make room for what is to come. It is a beautiful picture of learning to let go and let God. Some will be ready and many will not. For many of us this will even mean transition (including a change of address by God's ordained hand) or continued transitioning. Old doors will close when it comes to jobs, relationships (including those with family & friendships), ministries, and church homes. God is pruning those areas of our lives so new fruit can be brought forth. We must trust the Lord and what He is doing during this time. He has spoken to me that no matter what it may look like on the outside and how it may seem that He is in complete control and to trust what He is doing. This is also a time where I believe He is going to just pour out blessings upon His children that have been stored up from heaven to be received at this perfect timing. Those who have been faithful to remembering His promises and to keep pushing forward will receive that promise. Father God, may we ready our hearts to receive what it is that you have for us and that we find peace in the midst of the shifting and the transitioning that is upon us in Jesus name! Welcome Fall!
